Got your eye on some gear? Here’s everything you need to know about how it gets from Dork HQ to your doorstep.
1. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 2–5 business days after purchase. The fulfillment times are an estimate, but not a guarantee.
This doesn’t include weekends, holidays, or time spent obsessing over which stickers to include (kidding… kinda).
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping options and prices are shown at checkout based on your location and order size.
Estimated delivery times:
• Canada: 3–7 business days
• U.S.: 5–10 business days
• International: 7–21 business days (varies by country)
Note: Delivery times are estimates — delays can happen due to weather, customs, or other unexpected hiccups.
3. Free Shipping
Free shipping may be available on orders — details will be shown at checkout when it applies.
4. Tracking Your Order
A tracking number will be emailed once the order ships. If it doesn’t show up right away, give it a little time — the carrier might be slow to scan.
5. Shipping Locations
Currently shipping to:
• Canada
• United States
• Select international locations (reach out if unsure)

6. Customs & Duties (for international orders)
Buyers are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes charged by their country. Dork has no control over those costs (we wish we did!).
7. Lost or Delayed Orders
If your order is delayed or seems lost, reach out to support@dork-hq.com with your order information. Most issues can be sorted quickly, especially with tracking info handy.
